4 eggs
3/4 Cup(s) sugar
1 1/2 Cup(s) flour
1 1/2 Teaspoon(s) baking powder
2 1/2 Teaspoon(s) vanilla sugar
2 1/2 Ounce(s) melted butter
1/3 Cup(s) water
1 Tablespoon(s) bread crumbs
Note that this recipe is adjusted for high altitude baking (5000'). This recipe is based on my sister Lena's recipe, but adjusted accordingly.
Butter a pound cake form, and sprinkle breadcrumbs on the inside (it'll stick to the butter). Remove any excess crumbs. Melt butter (30-45s in a microwave). Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Whip eggs and sugar hard, to a smooth mix. Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl, and stir it in softly with the eggs and sugar (don't overwork the mix). Add liquids, and mix together to a smooth mix.
Pour the mix immediately into the form, and bake for about 30 minutes (but test it obviously).
